Turkey Processing Form
There will be 2 processing forms.
1. State Show Birds - 1 Hen and 1 Tom per exhibitor
2. For all other birds that will be processed after the State Show (This form will become available after State Show Processing on Nov. 14)
This form needs to be filled out PER EXHIBITOR, not per school/family/4-H club/county.
Birds not identified through this processing form WILL NOT be processed.
Verification will take place prior to unloading any birds.
What to Expect
State Show Birds

Tag your birds within 24 hours of processing time to prevent infection.

Each exhibitor may enter 1 tom and 1 hen in the state show.

Extra Bird Processing
